Membrana Doubles the Number of Products Available on the Liqui-Cel® Online Membrane Contactor Store in Response to Customer Requests

Membrana-Charlotte, a Division of Celgard, LLC, has expanded the Liqui-Cel® online membrane contactor store that was launched in January 2012 at the request of customers wanting to purchase a greater variety of degassing products online. The expansion doubles the number of products available for purchase at the online store, http://store.liqui-cel.com. The products added include select Liqui-Cel® 2.5 x 8, 4 x 13 and 4 x 28-inch products. The 8 x 20-inch membrane contactor, launched in May of 2011, is also now available for online purchase.

Liqui-Cel® Membrane Contactors are leading-edge technology in gas transfer applications and are the accepted norm in many markets. As a market leader, Layne has strong distribution channels in the municipal market segment.

Membrana-Charlotte recently announced the introduction of the 8 x 40 and 8 x 80-inch Liqui-Cel® Membrane Contactors to its degassing family of products. This new product design uses ASME code-rated reverse osmosis (RO) vessels for contactor housings.

Membrana Introduces World’s Largest Membrane Degasser in the NEW 14 x 40-inch Liqui-Cel® Membrane Contactor

Membrana-Charlotte, a leading membrane and degassing device manufacturer, is pleased to introduce the New 14 x 40 Liqui-Cel® Membrane Contactor to its product family. The introduction of this deaeration product extends the Liqui-Cel® product line’s capacity from 400 gpm to 550 gpm (125 m3) in a single device. This represents a >30% increase in capacity and makes the 14 x 40 the largest membrane contactor degassing device available in the world.
